We offer delivery services across Canada using the carrier that provides the best balance of speed and value for your order (Canada Post, ICS, Canpar, Purolator, UPS, etc.) 

Shipping to Québec and Ontario

Enjoy free shipping on orders of $200.00 or more within Québec and Ontario. A flat shipping fee of $12.00 applies to orders under $200.00. Exclusions may apply to selected oversized or bulky items.

Shipping to the rest of Canada

Flat rate shipping fee of 25.00 $ for orders under 450.00 $ and free shipping on orders over 450.00 $ throughout Canada. Exclusions may apply to selected larger items.

U.S. Orders – Customs & Import Fees

All orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees once they reach the U.S. border. These charges are determined and collected directly by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not controlled, collected, or retained by LouRi & Co.

Because our products are shipped from Canada, U.S. Customs may apply import duties or taxes based on the declared value and origin of the goods. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and unfortunately, we’re unable to predict or influence them as they vary depending on the shipment’s contents and current U.S. import regulations.

While every effort is made to estimate and collect applicable charges in advance, additional fees may occasionally be assessed by customs authorities or the carrier and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the parcel may be returned to LouRi & Co. In such cases, no refund may be available, or only a partial refund may be issued after deducting return shipping and customs costs incurred by the boutique. This is especially important for items purchased on sale or clearance, where there is little to no margin to cover additional costs.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that U.S. import fees are your responsibility.

 

Oversize and overweight products

Flat rate shipping fees of 25.00 $ on orders under 450.00 $, for selected items such as Stable Rugs, Under Rugs and certain stable items, for order deliveries outside of QC and ON provinces (AB, BC, PE, MB, NB, NS, NU, NL, SK, YU, NT). Free shipping available on orders over 450.00 $ on these items for these provinces.

Therefore, LOURI & CO. reserves the right to charge additional fees, in certain cases of oversized orders due to excessive weight, excessive volume, special orders, gas cartridge orders and/or for remote areas. In this case, LOURI & CO. will contact you to provide a shipping quotation for your approval. If the additional shipping quotation is declined, the order will be canceled and refunded. 

*Air canisters can only be shipped via ground due to Canadian regulations. Since Air Canisters are considered a dangerous good, a flat rate handling fee applies for all orders containing a gas canister.

Delivery time

The delivery time is variable, depending on your sector and product availability.

Delivery may therefore take a few days only or a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks if the product must be ordered from the supplier, due to lack of availability on the online store. In the event that we anticipate a delivery time exceeding 7 business days, we will contact you and you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. In the alternative where there is a shortage of stock, LOURI & CO. reserves the right to change the price without notice if there is a price increase from the supplier to renew the inventory of the product.
