All items are normally held in inventory directly with LouRi & Co. or with the product distributor. Sometimes items are out of stock due to high demand or supply chain issues. 

Please note that some products are shipping from Europe and therefore, shipping timelines are extended.

Delivery and pricing

Our delivery area extends across Canada, via Canada Post with a flat rate of 10.00$ per order and for any order over $200 the delivery is free. Therefore, LOURI & CO. reserves the right to charge additional fees, in certain cases of oversized orders due to excessive weight, excessive volume, special orders, gas cartridge orders and/or for remote areas. In this case, LOURI & CO. will contact you to inform you of the situation and confirm if the additional charges are suitable for you. The order will be canceled if, however, the costs incurred are not suitable. So you can choose to proceed or not with your order.

*Air canisters can only be shipped via ground due to Canadian regulations. Because canisters are considered a dangerous good, a flat rate handling fee applies for all orders containing a gas canister.

Delivery time

The delivery time is variable, depending on your sector and product availability.

Delivery may therefore take a few days only or a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks if the product must be ordered from the supplier, due to lack of availability on the online store. In the event that we anticipate a delivery time exceeding 7 working days, we will contact you and you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. In the alternative where there is a shortage of stock, LOURI & CO. reserves the right to change the price without notice if there is a price increase from the supplier to renew the inventory of the product.

When shopping online, on the site we encourage you to read the size charts in order to choose the appropriate size for your purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied or the purchased item is unsuitable, we will exchange it within 30 days of your purchase, under the following conditions :

The product must be intact and not have been used. The label of the exchanged product must not have been removed. To be exchanged, the product cannot have been worn or washed. All parts of the product must be intact and present during exchange. The product must also be returned in its original and intact packaging;

An original copy of the invoice must be submitted when exchanging products in order to prove your purchase and the date thereof.

Exchanges are only applicable on the same item. However, size and/or color may vary. In the event that there is a price difference, the customer must assume this difference. LOURI & CO. may also offer a credit note.

In the event of any defect in your products, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

LOURI & CO. excludes certain products from its exchange policy : products ordered especially for you, products in liquidation or final sale and horse care products.

Procedure for an exchange on an online purchase

The conditions mentioned above for exchanges apply to all purchases made online via our website The exchange of the returned product will be made once the package has been received. The method of payment applied will be the same as the one used during the purchase. LOURI & CO. does not assume delivery charges (including taxes) on the returned item, except for a few pre-authorized exceptions.

The steps to make an exchange :

1. Exchange Authorization: Exchanges must always be authorized by LOURI & CO. Contact us by email to inform us of your intention. Upon reception of the trade-in authorization by LOURI & CO., you will be able to proceed with the following steps.

2. Return the package to the address we will give you. Return costs will be borne by the customer.

3. Confirmation of reception : Once the package has been received by LOURI & CO., you will be contacted to confirm that the product has been received and an agreement can then be made for the dispatch of the replacement product or the credit note.
